"A convert to Catholicism in college, I have long been struggling to reconcile my faith with my experience of asexuality and gray-aromanticism, especially as I was called to the vocation of marriage. Aside from those sides of me, I'm an avid tabletop RPG player and hobby character artist. I've wanted (and been encouraged) to venture into sacred art for a while but been a bit insecure about it."
What would you like to share with us?
A heart-to-heart with Jesus. My heart is broken, a reflection of what I feel within a society that so emphasizes attraction. That brokenness rises like incense to the Body and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, my wounds become His wounds, and through His divine Mercy (blood and water in the colors of the cross) I am given a new, healed heart, shown here repaired with precious silver.
