STORE INFO
Eden Invitation uses a print-to-order company, Printful, to fulfill all store orders. This means that each product you purchase is printed specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Fulfillment (processing & printing) can take 2-5 business days in advance of the shipping. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! At this time we are only able to sell and ship within the United States.
RETURN POLICY
Eden Invitation can only take returns or exchanges on misprinted, damaged, or defective goods at this time. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful's expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report ASAP. Any return requests must be submitted to contact@edeninvitation.com. SHIPPING RATES
At this time Eden Invitation only ships within the United States and only uses a "Standard Shipping" option. We will update the website and alert our e-mail subscribers if this changes! Eden Invitation prices shipping by using a "Rate by Product" shipping method since it's the same method Printful uses. This means that each type of item you order has it's own specific shipping fee, however, we only apply that rate once for each type of item, so for example if you order 1 Sweatshirt with a shipping fee of $10, your shipping would not increse if you order a 2nd or 3rd sweatshirt. However your shipping costs would increase if order an item from a different product category. For transparency and for your budgeting, we've included the product category, cost of shipping, and estimated shipping times for each of your items. If you spend $125 or more, your shipping will be free!
